Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Rate:
$23.00/hr
This is a temporary leave replacement position that could possibly turn into full-time.

Job Title:
Temporary Payroll Clerk (Leave Replacement)
Summary The Temporary Payroll Clerk supports the Payroll Department in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. This position will assist with day-to-day payroll operations, provide front-line support to staff inquiries, and help maintain organized and compliant payroll records.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Answer and triage calls to the payroll help desk, resolving or routing inquiries as appropriate.
Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative support for the payroll team.
Audit payroll records and assist in identifying and correcting errors.
Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare and issue miscellaneous payroll checks, including sign-on bonuses and employee referral awards.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all payroll policies and procedures.
Qualifications
1–2 years of previous payroll experience
Experience using Dayforce preferred.
Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
