Our dedicated front line staff are out in the field making it happen on a daily basis. Our administration staff play a key role in supporting our frontline staff by giving them the resources and tools they need to be successful. Whether Finance, HR, IT, or Quality Assurance is your game, you’ll be supporting our agency to be able to provide the best programs and services possible. Location : Middletown, NY (Union/Grand locations)
Hours
- Per Diem flexible hours
Rate of pay : $22.00 per hour
Overview Of Primary Responsibilities Responsible for answering phones, keeping workspace, folders, and charts organized, and assisting clients with registration.
Primary Functions
Be customer focused, able to multi-task in a high volume community counseling center
Answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling client appointments
Setting up charts, filing, archiving, purging charts, and billing for medical services visits
Registering new clients for services
Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Functional / Organizational Support
Assignments may be determined at a future date
Qualifications And Attributes
Have computer skills and experience
Possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task
Education And Experience
Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role
Experience working with electronic health records
Physical Characteristics These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to perform the job\'s essential functions successfully. Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time
Able to work in open space floor plan
Must be capable to move throughout work day (and follow individuals throughout the community)

Occasional lifting of > 25 pounds
