Recruiting Professional for Minnesota Department of Transportation The Organizational Learning Coordinator is responsible for enhancing internal capacity and performance through strategic training, streamlined communications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This role supports staff development, promotes organizational learning, and ensures consistent, accessible program information across platforms. This position also leads survey design and analysis to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications: Two years of professional experience that demonstrates the following:

Experience designing surveys, conducting evaluations, and providing recommendations for improvements; and
Experience conducting program evaluations and providing recommendations for improvements; and
Experience using tools like Microsoft Office and SharePoint to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
