Gofo Express is a fast-growing logistics company specializing in cross-border e-commerce fulfillment. Our mission is to connect global commerce with efficient, reliable logistics solutions. We’re looking for a Site Operations Specialist to join our team — someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly every day.

What you will do:

Oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure efficient inbound, outbound, and sorting processes.

Track order progress and handle exceptions to ensure on‑time performance.

Collect, maintain, and analyze site operation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Support labor scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation for warehouse teams.

Assist in developing and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Communicate cross‑functionally with dispatch, warehouse, customer service, and HR teams.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and provide insights for management review.

Support ad hoc projects and initiatives from HQ operations team.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations coordination preferred.

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.); familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, and multilingual environment.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
