Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Montgomery, AL, for a Workflow Manager. The Workflow Manager will oversee and streamline processes to ensure project timelines and goals are met successfully. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include monitoring workflows, managing project tasks, coordinating with team members to ensure deliverables are on track, leading project planning and execution, and analyzing work processes for efficiency improvements. The WM will also serve as a key communicator between agency teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
Strong Workflow Management and Project Management skills to coordinate and optimize team activities and project execution
Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate project performance and ensure process efficiency
Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Experienced in Program Management and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize tasks in fast‑paced environments and maintain organizational workflows
Experience working with Trello and Advantage a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
