About The Role:

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Leader to build the systems, processes, and reporting foundation that powers our next stage of growth—from hundreds to thousands of customers and from a 15‑person to a 100+ person growth team. The role reports to the Head of Growth and serves as the glue across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do:

Improve Productivity across the GTM Organization

Integrate the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Clay analytics, finance systems) to ensure data flows seamlessly across teams.

Design and implement automations that reduce manual work and create scalable revenue processes.

Provide Clear Visibility into Revenue Performance

Establish a single source of truth for reporting revenue and funnel performance, including key metrics for pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue goals.

Track and report attribution across all top‑of‑funnel channels to guide channel investment and improve funnel performance.

Maintain a Reliable Revenue & Billing Infrastructure

Own the CRM as the unified system of record with strong governance, QA, and ongoing improvements.

Partner with Finance and Operations to manage billing and reconciliation workflows.

Keep CRM and finance data clean and dependable for reporting.

Own Sales Enablement to Support a Repeatable Sales Motion

Manage sales enablement: quota tracking, forecasting inputs, and territory planning.

Evaluate, adopt, and implement tools that reduce manual work across the growth organization.

What Success Looks Like:

A fully integrated GTM stack and reliable system of record.

A consistent revenue dashboarding and forecasting engine adopted across the team.

Sales reps experiencing measurable productivity gains from improved tooling.

Finance receiving timely, accurate, reconciled revenue data.

A scalable enablement infrastructure supporting multi‑vertical growth.

Who You Are:

3+ years experience

in a Growth/GTМ‑related role at a startup or growth‑stage company (prior RevOps experience preferred).

Highly analytical and systems‑minded , turning messy data and workflows into clean, scalable structures.

Resourceful and roll‑up‑the‑sleeves , comfortable with high ownership and limited oversight.

Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented , managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Cross‑functional and collaborative , working seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.
