Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care
Community Partnerships Lead (Autism Care / ABA Therapy)
Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care, The Woodlands, Texas, United States
Community Partnerships Lead (Autism Care / ABA Therapy)
Join Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care as a Community Partnerships Lead. This role is focused on building meaningful relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinicians, and community leaders invested in family well‑being.
About the Role The Community Partnerships Lead is a primary ambassador for Bright Pathways in the community. You will introduce, explain, and champion our human‑first model of autism care, building belief, momentum, and alignment among stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Develop long‑term relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations.
Engage decision‑makers in meaningful conversations about autism care, access, and outcomes.
Build trust over time through consistency, professionalism, and follow‑through.
Help referral partners understand and align with Bright Pathways’ human‑first model.
Track outreach activity and referral outcomes to ensure momentum and accountability.
Work closely with company leadership to refine strategy based on field feedback.
Ownership & Accountability This role comes with real ownership. You are accountable for building strong, sustainable partnerships and for the families who ultimately begin services through those relationships. Success requires judgment, adaptability, and a willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in community outreach, partnerships, provider relations, or referral‑driven roles within healthcare.
Proven ability to reach and engage decision‑makers such as pediatricians, clinicians, school leaders, practice managers, or therapy directors.
Strong familiarity with autism services, ABA therapy, or a closely related field (highly preferred).
Confidence discussing complex, sensitive topics with professionalism and nuance.
Comfort operating independently in a field‑based role while remaining accountable for results.
Compensation
Base salary: $120,000 per year.
Performance‑based compensation tied to families who successfully begin services.
Why This Matters – and Why Bright Pathways Autism care is at a turning point. Families are exhausted by broken systems, clinicians are burned out by models that treat them as replaceable, and communities are ready for something better. Bright Pathways is building a different standard for autism care—one that prioritizes humanity, dignity, and long‑term sustainability over speed and volume. In this role, you don’t just represent a company—you help give shape and momentum to that vision in the real world, with a genuine seat at the table and direct access to leadership.
Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, Bright Pathways offers a full‑time benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a culture that values clinician well‑being and family partnership.
