Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

Facilitate group psychoeducation and crisis triage
Document sessions and maintain case records in electronic health records
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work or related field
LCSW license in the state of Idaho
Minimum two years of clinical experience in mental health settings
Proficiency in case management and interdisciplinary collaboration
Strong communication and cultural competency skills
Additional Duties
Collaborate with healthcare teams and apply behavioral analysis principles
Integrate faith-based approaches into treatment if desired
