This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral disorders.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans aligned with regulatory standards.
Deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual and group interventions, and provide crisis intervention when needed.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including QIDPs, BCBAs, and family members, to integrate mental health services into overall care.
Ensure compliance with licensing, CMS, and state regulations through accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Support staff training, engage families, and provide follow-up or referrals for ongoing care.
Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, minimum 2 years’ experience with individuals with disabilities, and strong knowledge of mental health disorders. Must have excellent communication, crisis management, and organizational skills.
Physical Demands Lifting up to 50 lbs. and mobility requirements.
Compensation Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Requires work in Enid, OK, with relocation prior to start.
