Physical Therapist Assistant - Up to $40,000 in Sign-On/Loyalty Bonuses
Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant. This is a full‑time position located in the Central Valley where you will support our team of highly skilled physical therapists in delivering individualized patient care.
Salary:
$36 – $42 per hour based on experience. Loyalty Bonus:
Up to $40,000 in incentives, including a $14,000 sign‑on bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
Apply therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
Document patient progress during sessions using Raintree and report changes to the supervising therapist.
Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management, and care plans.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
Qualifications
Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
