Salary: $36 – $42 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities, and patient education.
Document patient progress in Raintree, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
Educate patients and families on exercises, pain‑management techniques, and care plans.
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
Qualifications
Associate degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
