Your Role on the Team Responsibilities include recruitment, enrollment, and retention of participants in the All of Us Research Program, drawing blood, performing physical measurements, collecting biospecimens per SOP, processing samples, maintaining inventory, and providing data entry and reporting. The role requires flexible scheduling and reliable transportation across Orange County clinic locations.

Qualifications

Experience in a health‑related field.

California Phlebotomy License (e.g., CPT I) and active CA license to draw blood.

Current California driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple clinics.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with participants, investigators, and colleagues.

Data entry and database software experience preferred.

Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet searches.

Knowledge of HIPAA.

Languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean (speaking, reading, writing).

High school graduation and demonstrated skills to perform all duties.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up.

Experience in a university research setting or health promotion program preferred.
