We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. This position would be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to homecare patients in Essex County, including the Caldwells and surrounding towns.
Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with co‑workers
Assesses and evaluates the needs of patients with multiple disease processes and comorbidities and develops an appropriate plan of care
Documents all changes in patient’s condition and updates care plans and outcomes
Identifies teaching needs and plans appropriate strategies for individuals and families
Monitors quality and appropriateness of services providedEstablishes and maintains professional working relationships with health care providers and other members of the interdisciplinary team in providing patient and family care
Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
Adheres to the organization’s policy regarding absenteeism and appearance
Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position
Qualifications:
RN with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Car and valid driver’s license
Working Conditions/Physical Demand:
Working indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; client and customer contact.
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $60,000 to USD $110,000.
