Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and personable

Receptionist

to support daily office operations while providing a warm, professional, and client-centered experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can manage administrative responsibilities while navigating complex situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner

Manage front desk operations, phone calls, emails, and scheduling

Provide personalized administrative support to leadership and team members

Assist with daily office operations, documentation, and recordkeeping

Support the implementation of individualized action plans and follow-ups

Handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and care

Utilize de‑escalation and conflict resolution techniques when needed

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Maintain an organized, positive, and nurturing office environment

Qualifications

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset

Proven ability to de‑escalate situations and manage conflicts calmly

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Experience providing administrative or receptionist support

Healthcare industry experience is a plus
