$68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) on the production floor.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop and deliver quality training programs for production and quality personnel.
Monitor key quality performance indicators and generate regular reports for management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance/control role within a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949).
Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D problem-solving.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor personnel.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Experience with advanced quality planning and problem-solving tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA facilitation).
