$71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
Manage supplier quality by evaluating performance and addressing material non-conformities.
Investigate customer complaints and lead efforts for timely and effective resolution.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for advanced data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Experience as an internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO 13485.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality module integration.
