Role Specifics and Benefits Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify articulation, language, fluency, cognitive‑communication, and feeding/swallowing needs.

Design targeted, functional treatment plans and implement therapy across preschool, school‑age, and adult populations.

Monitor progress and adjust goals; document outcomes with precision for continuity of care.

Utilize AAC systems, voice and resonance strategies, fluency shaping techniques, and oral‑motor therapies as appropriate.

Collaborate with teachers, families, physicians, nutritionists, and other therapists to align goals, share best practices, and ensure seamless transitions.

Provide provider education and caregiver coaching, including home exercise programs, strategies for generalising skills, and ongoing progress reports.
