**Job Description****Harborview Medical Center's - Radiology Services** has an outstanding opportunity for a **per-diem alternate shifts Patient Services Specialist**.
**WORK SCHEDULE*** Per Diem* Monday- Sunday; Alternate shifts

**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging* Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments* Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information* Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
**REQUIREMENTS*** High school graduation or equivalent AND* One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience
**OR*** An equivalent combination of education/experience
