* Maintain communication with customers, transaction team, third party vendors to ensure task completion for proper and timely closing* Review and prepare search request form for UCC, Tax Lien, Judgement, Bankruptcy searches. Prepare loan documentation as may be necessary, including initial drafts of various documents for review by Closing Officer.* Assist closing officer in verifying underwriting and funding conditions are signed off prior to settlement* Confirm loan information in all systems is accurate.* Prepare an initial draft of the lender's settlement statement, including confirming all lender costs are appropriately and accurately reflected.* Maintain loan files to ensure required file audit documents are stored.* Assist in coordinating loan funding logistics.* Assist in coordinating loan file delivery requirements.* Coordinate post-closing delivery to Borrower of final loan documents/reports.* Meet established productivity levels and turn-around times as set by the Manager.* Verbally verify wire instructions with Title companies for loan fundings.* Notarization of loan documents for Closing Officers.* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions* A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
