Virtual Mental Health Therapist Position:
Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
North Carolina Role Summary
This role is designed for licensed mental health clinicians providing therapy through a fully virtual platform. You will work with a steady caseload, deliver structured treatment, and focus on client progress without the disruption of rotating schedules or administrative overload. The day-to-day work centers on sessions, treatment planning, and clinical follow-through. Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations Develop and update treatment plans Document sessions and client progress accurately Coordinate care with internal clinical teams Maintain compliance with state and organizational standards Qualifications
Active North Carolina license as
LCMHC
or
LMFT Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field Experience in outpatient or telehealth mental health services Strong documentation and time management skills Comfortable managing a full-time remote caseload Benefits
