$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
North Carolina
Job Summary We are hiring a Virtual Mental Health Therapist to deliver consistent therapy services in a fully remote environment. This role is built for clinicians who prefer defined workflows and a reliable caseload. Your daily work centers on therapy sessions, clinical decision-making, and documentation, supported by systems that keep care organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
Establish and update treatment plans
Complete clinical notes and progress documentation
Communicate with clinical teams as needed
Follow state, ethical, and organizational guidelines
Active North Carolina
LCMHC, LCSW or LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Strong documentation and time management skills
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
