Position Is Fully Remote
A high‑speed internet connection is required.
Candidates must reside within 1 hour of a Mercy Hospital to allow for on‑site presence in case of technical difficulties.
Position Details Remote RN Supervisor Opportunity
Non‑Patient Contact Role | Must Reside Within 1 hour of a Mercy Hospital.
Shifts:
Evenings – 4‑10 hour shifts or 5‑8 hour shifts.
On‑Call (Weekdays minimal & weekends 2 shifts within 6 weeks).

Patient Placement & Bed Planning
Staffing & Nursing Logistics
Coordination of Patient Transfers into Mercy Hospitals (East Region)
Our HUB nurses work remotely via phone and computer to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Locations Allowed
Mercy- St. Louis
Mercy Jefferson – Festus
Mercy South – South St. Louis County
Mercy Washington – Washington, MO
Mercy Lincoln – Troy, MO
Mercy Southeast – Cape Girardeau, MO
What You'll Need to Succeed
RN License
– Current RN license in the state of Missouri required.
Experience
– Minimum of 3 years RN experience including at least 1 year Telemetry or higher. Preferred: 3 years RN experience including a minimum of 1 year Critical Care or Emergency Room experience.
Certifications
– BLS required.
Skills & Traits
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Demonstrates “Contagious Calm” in high‑pressure situations.
Self‑driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible, collaborative, and improvement‑oriented.
