LSW/LPC: $64,000 – $70,000 annually
LISW/LPCC: $72,000 – $80,000 annually

Position Summary:
Come work your passion with Unison Health! We are hiring Stabilization Therapists to provide short‑term residential treatment for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use. In this role, you will work closely with clients, families, local law enforcement, and hospital staff to provide intervention, therapy, and linkage to needed services.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
Provide individual and group therapy in a short‑term residential setting
Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage crises
Collaborate with internal staff, community partners, and law enforcement
Flexible, as‑needed schedule including weekends and holidays
Opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful impact on the community
Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage client crises
Provide individual and group therapy for clients in crisis
Maintain accurate client records and provide advocacy and linkage to services
Collaborate with team members, local law enforcement, and hospitals to ensure client safety and care
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and Ohio licensure as LSW/LPC
Prior experience in crisis services, chronic mental illness care, hospital crisis services, or inpatient psychiatric care preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
