Key Responsibilities
Design and develop new products, components, or systems from concept to production.
Create detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD software, ensuring manufacturability.

Conduct design analysis, simulations, and calculations to validate product performance and reliability.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product realization and resolve production issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and test plans.
Lead or support prototyping, testing, and validation activities to verify design intent and functionality.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo).
Demonstrated experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication).
Ability to perform engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., FEA) to validate designs.
Bonus Qualifications
Hands-on experience with various manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication).
Proficiency with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software for design validation and optimization.
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system administration or advanced usage.
Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
