Salary Range
$74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and scrap.
Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and improve existing workflows.
Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis tools.
Experience with process documentation, P&IDs, and manufacturing process flow.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience with automation systems or robotics integration
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
