This position is ideal for a boots‑on‑the‑ground leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven track record in both ground‑up and interior buildout projects. As a core member of our field team, you’ll coordinate crews, enforce safety, manage execution, and communicate effectively with project management and ownership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise day‑to‑day field operations on commercial job sites
Manage crews, subcontractors, and trades to ensure on‑time, on‑budget project delivery
Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance
Review and interpret drawings, scopes, and construction documents
Coordinate schedules, site logistics, deliveries, and inspections
Provide clear communication with Project Managers and company leadership
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs, updates, and field photos
Oversee quality control and ensure work is performed to plans and specifications
Mentor and support field staff to foster a productive and positive jobsite culture
Qualifications
Must-Have:
5+ years of commercial construction experience (non-negotiable)
Proven leadership experience as a Foreman on retail or restaurant construction sites
Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and execute plans effectively
Strong communication skills for interaction with PMs, ownership, and field staff
Experience with both interior build‑outs and ground‑up construction
Ability to read plans and coordinate multiple trades
Strong safety awareness and documentation habits
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
Familiarity with Dallas‑area construction practices and subcontractor networks
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience with project management platforms like Procore or Buildertrend
Weekly pay:
$1,200/week base
Performance-based bonuses tied to project results
Paid training and certifications
Per diem for out‑of‑town travel
Company‑issued smartphone or tablet
Company‑provided uniforms and team events
Opportunities for advancement in a growing firm
Schedule Full‑Time | Monday–Friday
Some weekend work may be required depending on project timelines
Location Based in Dallas, TX with frequent travel to active job sites across the region. Occasional in‑office meetings may be required.
