$76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process performance and equipment.
Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones.
Conduct process capability studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and process transitions.
Support the evaluation, selection, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and statistical process control (SPC).
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex process data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis or process automation.
Proficiency with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools.
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
