Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.**Job Responsibilities:**Roles & Responsibilities:* Proficient in CAD software Catia V5.* Responsible for designing of Foam pads considering manufacturing & tooling feasibility.* Knowledge of trim cover development, types of trim attachments.* Knowledge of foam manufacturing, testing methods.* Knowledge of complete seat for foam design.* Knowledge of plastics* Knowledge of global regulations & OEM requirements studies.* Responsible to meet customer’s deliverables with effective utilization of team.* Good communication skills-written and verbal.* Knowledge of data management best practices.Qualification & Experience:* Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical/production/Automobile Engineering* 1-4 Year experience## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:**At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
