Meadow Falls Senior Living is a warm and welcoming assisted living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Technician to join our team and help ensure the health and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
Administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs).
Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly.
Assist with daily living activities as needed (bathing, dressing, grooming).
Communicate effectively with nursing staff, residents, and families.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Participate in ongoing training and education programs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Medication Technician certification (state-specific).
Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide compassionate care.
