THE BATON ROUGE CLINIC AMC
The Baton Rouge Clinic, AMC is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality nursing care services to patients within our clinic and support a busy breast surgeon. The LPN will work in a fast‑paced clinical environment and collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure efficient, compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments and surgical procedures
Administering injections and performing phone triage
Completing pre‑certifications and calling in prescriptions
Assisting with in‑office procedures and managing referrals
Performing additional duties as required

Basic Skills Required
At least 1‑year experience in a clinical setting
Excellent communication skills
Patient‑focused work ethic
Experience and skills to work in a medical office
Specific Skills Required
Current Louisiana license
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to effectively and proactively communicate, both verbally and in writing
Hiring Requirements
Drug testing
Background checks
Baton Rouge Clinic credit check
Education Required 2‑Year College Graduate
Unit of Pay Hourly
Shift Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
