Position Details We seek passionate nursing professionals for a part-time role in the Denver metro area. The position is ideal for those enthusiastic about mentoring future nurses and committed to excellence in clinical education.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Delivering the nursing curriculum in real‑world clinical settings.
Providing direct instruction and guidance to students during clinical rotations.
Ensuring alignment with the University’s academic standards and supporting institutional goals and policies.
Accurately calculating and reporting student performance and attendance.
Maintaining evidence of professional growth and participation in professional organizations, continuing education, and related practice experience.
Attending staff meetings, graduations, and other University events.
Participating in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.
Assisting in compiling statistical data and other information for accreditation.
Utilizing instructional methods that accommodate various learning modes.
Identifying and remediating behavioral and academic deficiencies.
Submitting suggestions and supporting data for curriculum improvement.
Maintaining curriculum integrity.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Required license: Registered Nurse (RN), unencumbered in the State of Colorado.
Required education: Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN plus MSN program or willingness to begin an MSN).
Required experience: 2–3 years in nursing.
Preferred teaching experience: 2–3 years in teaching.
Preferred experience: OB and/or Women’s Services.
