Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Join a leading distributor of valves as a Maintenance Supervisor/Technician. This role involves hands‑on maintenance of fabrication and testing equipment, covering electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and other facilities maintenance. You will also coordinate with outside vendors for any outsourced serious repairs. Manage a small team of maintenance technicians and report using the Quality Management System and various computer programs. Must Haves
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fabrication setting. Experience in maintenance management/supervision. Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and facilities maintenance. Skills in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repair, and maintenance supervision. Experience with schematic reading, Allen‑Bradley, PLC troubleshooting, welding, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance repair. Responsibilities
Perform hands‑on maintenance of fabrication and testing equipment. Manage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and other facilities maintenance. Coordinate with outside service vendors for outsourced repairs. Lead and manage a growing team of maintenance technicians. The facility is API‑certified, with annual quality audits. Travel between Missouri City and nearby sites (15‑minute drive) may be required. Collaborate with assemblers, machinists, welders, and upper management. First shift hours from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed. Dress code includes steel toes, jeans, and a work shirt, with all tools provided. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr. Health, dental, and vision benefits. Bonuses based on company performance. Workplace Type
