Our team is seeking a skilled and safety‑driven
Maintenance Supervisor
to lead a group of experienced maintenance technicians in a fast‑paced, advanced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a strong culture of safety across our facility. If you’re a hands‑on leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for developing people, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do
Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians to achieve high performance Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for machinery including mills, welders, cutting systems, and material‑handling equipment Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Enforce OSHA and company safety standards to maintain a safe working environment Respond quickly to equipment issues and coordinate effective repairs Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime Maintain accurate maintenance logs, compliance documentation, and CMMS records Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support seamless operations What You Bring
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (steel manufacturing or heavy industry preferred) 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system knowledge Welding/fabrication experience is a plus Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance PLC- programming knowledge preferred Why Join Us
