Hospice of the West is currently seeking a Full Time On‑Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments.

Responsibilities
Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing unwavering support during critical moments.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Maintain accurate documentation to meet both agency and regulatory standards.
Support families by sharing knowledge and guidance for caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
Hold a current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical‑surgical/acute care setting (hospice experience preferred).
Computer proficiency in typing and various programs, including EMR.
Current CPR certification if required by state.
$75,000 - $90,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed is a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
