What You’ll Do
Engage Customers: Welcome visitors, understand their needs, and guide them through product options.
Showcase Expertise: Demonstrate Pella’s innovative products and explain customization, energy efficiency, and design features.
Drive Sales: Generate leads, schedule in-home consultations, and assist with quotes
Keep It Fresh: Maintain a clean, organized showroom and update displays with new products.
Boost Marketing: Plan and support local events (open houses, community outreach). Create engaging social media content and respond to inquiries. Assist with email campaigns and promotional materials.
Follow Up: Ensure timely communication and accurate CRM records.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience in retail, design, customer service, or marketing (home improvement a plus).
Strong communication skills and a passion for design.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media.
