If you’re ready for new challenges and open to learning, this is the place for you.**What You’ll Do**As a **Dispatch Supervisor**, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your day will include:* Coordinating with multiple departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service.* Handling inquiries related to missed pick-ups, misplaced containers, and property concerns.* Analyzing routes and supporting drivers in the field when questions arise.* Scheduling and dispatching work throughout the day to drivers and other team members.* Using MS Office and proprietary systems to manage schedules, data, and reporting.* Delivering exceptional customer service and promoting goodwill in every interaction.* Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while identifying opportunities for additional services.**What We’re Looking For****Education:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.**Experience:*** 2+ years in dispatch within transportation or logistics preferred.* 2+ years in customer service.**Skills:*** Strong typing and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).* Excellent organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.* Professional, tactful approach when working with field personnel and customers.**To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at www.wasteconnections.com .
