This is a high-impact role with a clear path to advancement—ideal for someone eager to grow into senior leadership within 1–3 years.### ## **What You’ll Do*** Lead and assign daily work to solid waste collection crews.* Monitor operations and adjust staffing as needed to meet service goals.* Conduct field inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices.* Address and resolve customer concerns related to collection services.* Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and feedback.* Support and implement safety initiatives and compliance programs (OSHA, environmental, local permits).* Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals.## **What You Need to Succeed*** **Bachelor’s degree** strongly preferred.* **Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics** is required.* **Experience working in a union environmen**t is strongly preferred.* **Class B CDL** (or ability to obtain within 90 days).* Willingness to **relocate** for future promotional opportunities.* Strong **communication skills**—both written and verbal.* Ability to **manage multiple priorities** and meet tight deadlines.* Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and business systems.To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at www.wasteconnections.com.
