We partner with manufacturers across Montague seeking Quality Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and train quality control personnel on inspection procedures and standards. Oversee all product inspection, testing, and release activities to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor manufacturing processes for adherence to quality specifications and process controls. Investigate quality non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate quality records, analyze data, and generate performance reports. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, IATF 16949, etc.). Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and 8D. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bonus Qualifications
Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Practitioner certification Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) Certified Internal or Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 or other relevant industry standards Experience with Supplier Quality Management, including audits and development Job Titles That Should Apply
