253900**Scope*** Blue Yonder is seeking a highly capable and collaborative Manager, Sales Operations to serve as the business partner to our global vertical.* Based in India, this role is pivotal in driving sales efficiency, operational discipline, and business growth globally.* Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, the Manager will work closely with Sales leadership ensuring cross-regional and cross-function alignment within Blue Yonder’s global revenue operations.* You'll work closely with sales leadership team and sales manager to provide hands-on operational support, lead performance analysis, and help shape initiatives that improve how we work.* Because this role supports global teams, night shift coverage will be required to ensure seamless collaboration.**What you'll do:*** Drive & execute the operational strategy, direction, and actions across the global verticals you support.* Partner with vertical(s) Sales Leaders (VP+) support providing Sales Operations support as needed (ad hoc), as well as conducting activities and analysis as part of regular cadence.* Communicate effectively across the business operations ecosystem and sales segments to drive operational excellence on business initiatives* Translate global initiatives to the functional level and help drive alignment* Partner with the vertical(s) sales managers you support to drive territory planning, quota setting, business plan recommendation and execution* Lead projects for territory optimization and introduction of new sales programs.* Manage territory and quota process for headcount changes (new hires, terms, and transfers) and ensure quota coverage and governance* Drive weekly/monthly rhythm of the business through operational reviews of KPIs, leading Forecast/Pipeline meetings and coordinating updates on strategic initiatives.* Manage the forecasting and reporting process for the vertical(s) you support.* Support quarterly business reviews by preparing materials and participating alongside the sales management team.* Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPI, giving teams clear visibility into performance and business health.* Collaborate with sales leaders and the Sales operations team on reporting and analytical requests covering quarterly management reporting, sales productivity, pipeline health, quota attainment, and competitive win/loss insights.* Identify critical trends and provide actionable business insights to leadership to drive go-to-market strategy.* Gather, organize, and interpret data, then distill actionable insights from to help inform, guide, and adjust business direction.**What we are looking for:*** 6 to 9 years of experience at large, tech companies or related sales role with education background of Bachelor's degree. MBA or Masters are a plus* Prior experience in sales operations, sales strategy, and analysis or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams is a plus* Demonstrated understanding of SaaS and Software go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics and growth best practices* Strong grasp of sales process and sales funnel concepts* Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level* Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills – viewed as a trusted and reliable partner; treats Sales stakeholders as customers* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines.* Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses strong work ethic.* Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.* Skilled in partnering with senior Sales leadership, prioritizing, and driving transformation* Flexibility to work in US business hours from India to effectively support global stakeholders.**Our Values**All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
