Employee Relations Manager
who collaborates with field operations managers, HR, and contractors to proactively identify risks and design solutions while also handling crisis‑oriented situations under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities
Detect and mitigate risks by analysing employee and labor relations trends, developing solution‑focused strategies, and sustaining positive workplace relations programs. Manage crisis situations reactively, exercising excellent judgment under severe time constraints. Own large‑scale, network‑wide projects, delivering them on time to improve frontline partner experience. Analyze data and craft persuasive narratives and recommendations to define and measure program success. Produce high‑quality written communications and deliver engaging training sessions. Collaborate with critical stakeholders, building constructive relationships and influencing change. Work independently with minimal supervision in ambiguous situations, persisting over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions. Launch and manage sustainable mechanisms for entire networks. Basic Qualifications
7+ years of employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience supporting large hourly workforces. Experience analyzing and using metrics to identify improvements in employee practices. Preferred Qualifications
Experience prioritising and managing multiple responsibilities. Experience handling confidential information. Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, extensive public speaking, training, and/or leadership communication. High‑quality judgment, sound decision‑making, and a sense of accountability. Multilingual capabilities. This is a full‑time position that reports to an Employee Relations Principal. The role requires significant domestic travel (up to 50% of the time) and a “Return to Office” commitment of at least three days each week. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range:
USD 127,400.00 – 172,300.00
