Clinical Resource Leader - Burn Med Surg Adult Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, this role provides clinical and operational leadership by supervising and coordinating patient care while supporting staff growth and development. The position is responsible for assessing, planning, facilitating, and evaluating care delivery to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

This leader oversees comprehensive care across the lifespan within an assigned unit, applying evidence-based practice and principles of growth and development to meet the needs of a diverse patient population. The role serves as a clinical expert and trusted resource for daily operations, supporting staff, problem-solving, and workflow efficiency.

The Nurse Leader/Clinical Supervisor actively promotes a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. By modeling professional behaviors and aligning unit practices with organizational goals, this position helps drive cost-effective, meaningful care while strengthening team engagement and departmental performance.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.56 - $61.30

Qualifications

Education:

Prefer a bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing.

Experience:

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience relevant to the patient populations and/or scope of practice.

Demonstrated leadership ability is a plus.

Certification/Licensure:

Must possess a current, valid AZ RN license, a temporary AZ RN license, or avalid compact RN licensure for the current state of practice.

Must be in good standing with the issuing Board of Nursing.

Requires a BLS card obtained through an American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire.

In addition, certification or continuing education may be required based on the area of practice:

Burn Med Surg Adult: Must have ACLS upon hire or transfer. Must obtain PALS within six (6) months. Must obtain ABLS within one (1) year.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred.

The ability to work with culturally diverse people is a must.
