The ideal candidate will design, execute, and optimize performance test strategies, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes. If you have experience in quality roles, enjoy performing an integral role in large-scale transformative projects, and you are a collaborative and assistive team member who champions all things quality, this may be for you. You will support our Product Teams with design, creation, and executing performance tests on our various platforms. You will be responsible for designing and executing load and stress tests for business-critical processes, reporting issues, and sharing results.**As a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will:*** Define, develop, and maintain comprehensive performance test plans and automated scripts to validate system scalability and reliability.* Lead execution of performance, load, stress, and endurance testing for critical business scenarios, including SaaS Platforms, web applications, APIs, microservices, and full application workflows.* Analyze test results, interpret key metrics, and produce detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.* Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across application tiers—frontend, middleware, and database—using advanced diagnostic techniques and performance monitoring strategies.* Collaborate closely with development, architecture, and QA teams to resolve defects and optimize system performance for stability and efficiency.* Ensure compliance with established QA governance frameworks, supporting regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing as required.* Mentor junior testers, provide constructive feedback, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities.* Communicate test status, risks, and recommendations clearly and proactively to management and teams.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.* Partner with product and engineering leadership to define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and capacity planning strategies for critical applications.* Contribute to architectural reviews and provide input on scalability and reliability considerations during design phases.**To be successful in this role you will need:****Education:*** Bachelor’s degree required**Experience:*** 5+ years’ relevant experience in software quality assurance, including designing and authoring test cases.* 5+ years of
hands-on experience with Performance Testing* 5+ relevant financial services industry experience.* 5+ years of experiences in Tricentis NeoLoad, APM tools, CI/CD integration.* 3+ years of experience with scripting language* Strong analytical skills and detailed orientation* High level understanding of system architecture* Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies and QA lifecycle.**Computer Skills:*** Experience with core software applications (Salesforce, Open Finance Platform, FiServ) is desirable.* Expert knowledge of MS Office products and Design & Development best practices preferred.Sharing rewards is an integral part of our culture.
