About the Opportunity Our client, a leader in Automotive Technology, is looking for a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join their team as a Contingent Worker for a 1-year engagement. This project involves providing essential, detail‐oriented support to the Talent Acquisition team by managing candidate scheduling and coordination activities. This is a high‑impact role that requires a detail‑oriented, proactive professional who can hit the ground running and manage multiple moving parts effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Interview Scheduling:

Efficiently and accurately schedule a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones and calendars.

Recruiter Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team on various candidate activities.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and seamless scheduling experience for all candidates.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Collaboration:

Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate a smooth hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to support a high‑performing recruiting function. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with high‑volume scheduling, administrative support, or a similar detail‑oriented role.

Deep expertise in organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail. This isn’t a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert in process and execution.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage your own time effectively to meet team goals.

Experience with scheduling software and office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator is beneficial but not necessary.

Strong communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal team members.
