The Team Lead role encompasses the following (not an all-inclusive list): -Utilize critical thinking skills to raise the level of team’s performance -Act as a role model for the Aetna values, particularly regarding company policies on confidentiality-Well organized and able to prioritize tasks

**Required Qualifications**- 2+ year’s managed care experience is required- 2+ years of experience with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.- 2+ years of healthcare management experience required (preferably in a managed care setting)- Must have active current and unrestricted Independent Behavioral Health clinician Licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPAT, LPC) in state of Louisia or a Registered Nurse (RN) with unrestricted state license in state of Louisiana or compact state licensure with psychiatric specialty experience

- 5+ years clinical practice experience, e.g., psychiatric hospital, residential or behavioral health treatment setting.

- 1+ year Electronic Medical Record documentation experience - Must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm in CST with flexibility to work outside of the standard schedule based on business needs, including occasional rotating weekend and holiday schedules.

**Preferred Qualifications**- Managed care/utilization review experience preferred
