The Clinical Nurse in Endoscopy - Life Sciences Plaza is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients and families while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong clinical expertise, transformational leadership, and a commitment to professional practice standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate for the Clinical Nurse position will have procedural experience to include, but not limited to, Endoscopy, Vascular Access, Interventional Radiology (IR), or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Perform comprehensive patient assessments and apply critical thinking to solve problems. Safely manage and recover patients receiving moderate to Total IV Anesthesia (TIVA). Demonstrate competency in endoscopy procedures and accurate documentation. Serve as a patient advocate and maintain professionalism under stress. Mentor staff, participate in process improvement projects, and support change initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Education
Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing. Preferred: Bachelor\'s Degree Nursing. Work Experience
Preferred: Procedural experience to include, but not limited to, Endoscopy, Vascular Access, Interventional Radiology (IR), or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Licenses and Certifications
Required: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license. All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
