We are partnering with organizations in Delta Township that are seeking Robotics Technicians. Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robots and their peripheral equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells. Execute repairs and replace defective components to minimize production downtime. Program robot paths, adjust parameters, and optimize cycle times for manufacturing processes. Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and company protocols. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to implement system improvements and upgrades. Recommended Qualifications

Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Proven ability to program, teach, operate, and troubleshoot industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI. Excellent electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, including the ability to read and interpret schematics. Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment. Bonus Qualifications

Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc iRVision). Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP). Familiarity with CAD software or robot simulation tools (e.g., RoboGuide, Process Simulate). Basic scripting or data analysis skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for system optimization or predictive maintenance. Why Pivot Group
