We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide reliable, ongoing therapy to adults through a virtual care model. This role is centered on consistency. You will work with a defined caseload, clear expectations, and a schedule that supports focused clinical work without office-based interruptions. Duties
Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth Complete diagnostic assessments and clinical intakes Create structured treatment plans with measurable goals Document sessions accurately and within required timeframes Use evidence-based methods aligned with client needs Qualifications
Active Montana LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy Strong written documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently Benefits
