Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Montana
Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to support clients through structured psychotherapy delivered online. In this role, you will focus on evaluating emotional and behavioral concerns, guiding clients through therapeutic strategies, and maintaining clear documentation that reflects clinical progress. The work is centered on routine sessions, thoughtful care planning, and long-term client support.
Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
Perform mental health assessments and screenings
Create and update treatment plans throughout care
Document sessions according to clinical standards
Follow established safety and care protocols
Qualifications
Active Montana LCSW, LMFT, LCPC license
Master’s degree in Social Work
Experience in outpatient mental health treatment
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
