Phlebotomist I Part‑Time
Location: Bedford, OH. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM plus rotational weekends. Hours: part‑time.
Pay: Minimum $18.05+ per hour, with potential annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
Administer oral solutions per training.
Research and verify test/client information using lab systems, client contact, and approved tools.
Navigate computer and enter data accurately.
Obtain identification, enter billing info, and collect payments when required per corporate policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as ordered.
Perform non‑patient duties: inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and email.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
Assist with compiling and submitting statistics and data as required.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance logs, temperature logs) timely.
Complete online and in‑person training courses timely.
Qualifications Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
Work Experience
One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service in retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
