Phlebotomist I Part‑Time
Columbus, OH – Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Sunday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Pay $18.05+ per hour, with potential annual performance bonus.
Salary Determination Offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams) according to established procedures.
Administer oral solutions per training.
Research tests/client information and verify orders via lab technology systems.
Accurately enter data into computer systems.
Obtain identification and enter billing info; collect payments per corporate policies.
Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport).
Perform non‑patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phone & email communication.
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
Assist with compilation/submission of statistics and data when required.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance logs, temperature logs) timely.
Complete required online and in‑person training courses.
Qualifications Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in CA, NV, WA.
Work Experience
One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service in retail/service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.
